Hi. Father has been diagnosed with limited small cell carcinoma. He begins treatment next week. Would a home air purifier help keep his discomfort to a minimum? If so, what features are best? Thank you.

Chemotherapy is the treatment of choice for  Small cell ca lung.. patients will be susceptiblre for infection during this period.. hence proper mainatainance with clean environment will be definitely helpful.. although no definite guideline about air purifiers has been suggested...
