Hello doctor, i have a very short temper .i get angry very easily .i don't have patience ,i have a very agreesive rude nature or behaviour so because of that i dont tolerate others .nd when ever i get irritated i just shout on them n say them whatever i feel . So because of my bad words or rude behaviour i hurt others alot . I dont know what should i do so that i can control my words and my anger., Please give me some solutions THANK YOU
