After Wisdom tooth extraction

I had tooth extracted last 2 mount back it was deep 3rd molar tooth under my jaws.after extraction I was okie but lip numbness jaw stifness and mouth less opening and light pain and a ulcer in other end had been occur please help

Might be during extraction your inferior alveolar nerve got hit

Please visit your dentist he will prescribe medicine for numbness

Hie.. it happens after tooth extraction.. numbness usually takes 3-4 months to be normal.. but u need to do mouth opening exercises by placing 3-4 fingers, u must feel the stretch and try to keep it for 10sec likes that .. and continue after every 10-15 mins to reduce the stiffness.. and normalises the opening u used to have ..

Keep doing warm saline rinses 2-3 times atleast a day for a month

May be nerve get pressesd during extraction..need not no worry...u just do warm saline rinses and do exercises of mouth opening ..  try to put three fingers in your mouth ..it will gonna be ok after 1 to 2 months

It might be due to close association of your extracted tooth to underlying nerve . Inferior alveolar nerve takes time to heal .
