After vaccine Yesterday high fever 104

Hi Doctor...Yesterday I had taken my 1st dose of vaccine and since midnight I m severing from high fever...i have taken Dolo 650 twice one in the morning and one after lunch but still the fever is 104 even now...extreme weakness high fever and body ache..shall I continue with Dolo only?

Do ice cold water sponging on your forehead and body Continue dolo650 every 6 th hrly Take tab cetrazine just one at night to prevent chills.. You should be fine by morning..
