After shaving under arm some red rashes came and now the whole under arm became a red swallow area with multiple red bumps.. What to do? It's paining and hurts

This is very common. Nothing to worry about. The soft skin usually becomes irritant to razor and causes furunculosis. Apply prikly heat powders or any anti biotic ointmemts like neomycine or sofradex ointment. This will go away in a few days time. Next time planning to do so make sure that you moisten the area well and use shaving cream.
