On middle part of lower abdomen got swollen and getting too much pain afer rupture. Is this time i will get pregnancy.

Rupture of follicles u mean,? Chances of pregnancy is there depending on the endometrial lining and egg size ,also if u have had sexual contact during ovulation timings.
