After first dose of covishield vaccine haing fever and also feeling like vomiting and also having pain in body speciall at the arm place where given. Already taken Dolo 500 .What sholud we follow up

Fever is common side effect of covid vaccine.  Take TAB DOLO 650 for pain and fever.  And for nausea and vomiting you can take tab ZOFER MOUTH DISSOLVING (M D)  thrice daily.

Take Dolo 650 MG 6 hourly if temperature is above 100 degree F. Have ORS . If feeling nausea or vomited then take Tablet Ondem MD 1 tablet now before food and one before dinner.
