Please do not worry . Labour is a difficult time . Your vagina undergoes stretching and friction while the head of the baby traverses the pelvis and the vagina . Your pain will slowly get all right . You could sit in a hot water bath with some salt put in - two to three times a day . It is called a Sitz bath . It will also help the stitches heal faster .
