After Circumcision Surgery

Hi. I have undergone circumcision Surgery one Month back(05th May'17). But Still not able to wear underwear directly as uses cotton to cover that. Stitches are still not dissolve as have high sensation over the open area. Some pain also feels if we touches the stitches. Let me know how long it will take for complete healing & back to normal life.
