Hi doctors, It has been 1 year one month recovered from COVID. My RT PCR percentage is 72% recovered at home. I don't drink alcohol or cigarette. After COVID 3 months suffered with gastric. No tablets helped me. Self treatment food rule 30 mins before food i drink water and 2 hours after i drink water later every 1:30 300 ml water so no gas since then till now. But since 3 months facing problem, pain in heart and brain. Done ECG three times no problem in the report done cholestrol test no problem. Done MRN for brain no problem. But pain in left side of chest is coming one day and back to the normal for 10 days. That one day I will become very dull I can't become active. Same for brain pain at 2 inches away from back side ear left side one day there will be pain at one point and there will be no pain for 5 to 6 days. Money is getting waste but nothing is shown in MRN or ECG any other. Bounce is body parts move automatically will sleep this also one day problem 10 days I will be ok.

When a patient has too many symptoms but no physical signs of the disease and no support from the investigations then we should consider Psychological disturbances as the cause of symptoms. The patient should first be thoroughly examined by a General Physician and still no cause found he should be referred to a Psychiatrist.
