Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite difficult for you. What you are suffering from seems like an anxiety disorder. It can be treated by psychological therapy and medication. A lot of people have been able to come out of it with proper treatment and support. So please don't lose hope and talk to your psychiatrist or any other psychiatrist for further help. Along with the medicines you are taking, it is better to consult a psychologist also. You might get a clarity and understanding about yourself and the reason for your depression.
