AFB culture negative but Genexpert postv

My mother's sputum test namely AFB culture after 3 weeks came negative but Genexpert came positive.  She has tree in bud pattern infection with one small mass lesion in ct scan. So is this a tb or any other infection or malignancy?

If zene expert test is positive, it will be most probably Tb only.However Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
