AFB and GeneXpert report

Dear Doctors I have completed 3 months of Anti TB treatment. Attaching my AFB and GeneXpert reports. Can anyone please check and tell if it's fine or not and what should be the next step? What should be the AFB Culture result after 3 months of treatment?

Yes ,your sputum and xenexpert reports are negative.. no AFB detected. So no need for Sputum culture. You should complete your full course of regiemen under a chest/ TB specialist.

You have improved. Sputum is neg. Pl complete the full course of ATT. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.

Sputum tests have come negative which is good. However clinical and radiological response is also necessary to call it as overall response to treatment.
