Dear Dr, My uncle is suffering tongue cancer from last 5 years. Treatment gave no efficient result. Doctors seemed hopeless, we are worry about his health , he feels alot pain. His recent MRI report is attached please give advise and guide for treatment.

Stage 4 cancer. Immunotherapy and targeted therapy will produce very good results in stage 4 cancer. Side effects also less.  But cost is high
