One standalone treatment that works for almost every Osteoarthritis knee patient is knee specific exercises which one can learn from any physiotherapist. This has to be done on regular basis. However the patient needs to be examined for any underlying neurological condition which might have caused the weakness and if so it should be properly addressed.
