ADPKD  has multiple cysts in the Kidneys thereby increasing the size. Cysts by themselves can have blood vessels which might rupture, and cause accumulation of blood in the cyst with blood in urine. It's better to avoid abdominal straining. Abdominal exercises to avoided in general calisthenics are always better. It's Preferred to do general aerobic exercises without much straining.
