Adhesive capsulitis & Type 2 acromion

Hello Doctor I had pain in both the shoulder from last 6 month. Recent I checked with doctor. He suggested for MRI scan. In report adhesive capsulitis & type 2 acromion deducted. I took on inj kenacort under asepsis 11 day back and going to physio as well for mobilisation and ultrasound therapy for pain. Doctor has not given any medicine. It is improving but that much fast. I still feel pain while lift my hand in up side. I don't know how much time it will take or it will there for whole life. I am frustrated now the pain. Please help me. I am doing bands exercise and strength exercise. Please help me. I am very worry. It is very painful 😢

Continue physiotherapy, hot fomentation. Pain will subside in few days.
