Adhenoid of a 2.5 year old

My son is 2.5 has adenoids and has been kept on montair Lc for 8 weeks along with abymys nasal spray, both at night. Since day one of treatment he sleeps peacefully without any snoring or breathing issues. He is very playful. I DO NOT want to undergo a surgery which the doc suggested post 2 months IF things do not improve. Kindly advice.
