Remember ADHD is one of the most overdiagnosed psychiatric conditions. Many children in the past had been wrongly diagnosed with it. It is rarer in adults. So it's always prudent to take a professional help in making (or discarding) a diagnosis and make further plans.

ADHD can be seen in adults also. Search google for ADHD rating scale. See ur score, then consult ur nearest doctor. Best wishes.

For the diagnosis you need to visit a Psychiatrist. Later ,  I  would suggest you to consult a Psychologist  too for counselling  sessions which would give you a better clarity about yourself and your future.
