ADHD in my 2 year child

Hi doctors. My baby is hyperactive. He keeps moving here and there. But not even sit for a minute in whole day. He will only sit if I play videos on mobile or tv. Then he can spent up to  1 hour with focussed eye. And didn't move anywhere. I this time I can feed him what he even dislikes. And no refusal. But if in normal way we try to feed he never feeds by sitting he moves here and there. And eats one bite and move and then another bite. So in this way he eats . If I force him to sit a place he strts crying becomes obstinate. And also have sleeping problems. He takes nearly one hour to sleep. And even after sleeping 1-2 hour he wakes or in sleep sit like w position and keep tossing and turn himself over my chest over my legs . Sometime he fell down in night also because we could not walk . Also speech delay. He keep babbling but not a single word when some one asks him to say. He ignore . I need permanent solution for this . Pls help me. I am much worried need  treatment .
