My son is 2.5 years old he is speaking few words but not identifying father mother or self he is very less interested playing with kids and is attached to gadget like phone remote...he speaks few words identifying things is it autism. He has ADHD which came in preliminary diagnosis...

Is it adhd or autism. Clinically looks more like autism to me. Diagnosis needs to be checked first. Brain imaging, development quotient assessment by child psychologist . Needs behavioral therapy and pharmcotherapy under the guidance of child psychiatrist. Would recommend to meet one soon and follow his guidance. Regards
