Hi, I have adenomyosis. Does this affect the chances of conceiving naturally? Findings in ultrasound: Myometrial echoes are heterogeneous Coarse myometrial echoes - likely early adenomyosis changes Kindly let me know if this affects my chances of conceiving naturally.
