Adenoids suffering from last 10 months

My son is 3yrs old, from past 10 months he is suffering from adenoids (confirmed by pediatrician and advised to consult ENT) ENT doctor treated for two months and advised for surgery (that time my son is 2yrs 8 months) so we consulted other homeopath doctor and currently in medication, still he is facing breathing problem especially in cold climate conditions. Looking for solution without surgery and prolonged medication.
