Adenoids hypertrophy and cough
My twins (4.5) have adenoids Enlargement and cronic cough. They get frequent viral infections 2 to 3 times in 1 month. Underweight 14.5kg.
Now we started ayurvedic treatment. But their condition is not improving. My main concern is dry cough . They are suffering so much .I can't watch them so many sleepless nights..does ayurveda really effective in treating adenoids. Pls answer .what should I do ..I tried allopathy, homopathy, ayurveda...nothing is working.
Pls help 🙏.

Please share the age of twins.second after five years dr.will suggest you surgery.Go for TSH hormone level .share the report here.you are already consult with an ayurvedic dr.take his / her medicine for two or three months.see result yoursel
3rd:- have you any pet in your house .if you have any pet then please keep them away from pet.because the let hair may harm your kids.

stay away from pets.
give them warm water to drink
do not give them:- rice ,milk,curd,maize roti
if you want to give them milk then please put haldi in milk.

So have patience and
Have faith in Ayurveda.
Avoid spicy foods and processed foods including chips, noodles for your children.
Give them honey mixed water before sleeping.
