3 days back done with adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy for my 3.5 year old baby girl and now she is recovering well, My question is will she get cold and sick often as her immunity will be low for some days or months.?

It is reassuring that she is recovering well. You can be at ease - removing the tonsils and adenoids does not weaken a child's overall immunity. These are only a small part of a large immune system, and the rest of the body (lymph nodes, spleen and other lymphoid tissue) continues to protect her normally. Studies have not shown that children get sick more often in the long term after this surgery; in fact, many children who had frequent throat infections or blocked breathing actually fall ill less after the procedure.
Next Steps
Continue the post-operative care and medicines exactly as advised by her operating ENT surgeon, and keep her follow-up appointment. Offer soft, cool foods and plenty of fluids during the healing weeks. Contact her surgeon promptly if she has any bleeding from the mouth, high fever, persistent vomiting, refusal to drink, or difficulty breathing.
Health Tips
Normal everyday coughs and colds in early childhood will still happen as they do for all children, but this is not because of the surgery. Keep up routine vaccinations, good handwashing and a balanced diet. Avoid crowded or smoky environments during the initial healing period. If you have specific worries, your operating surgeon is the best person to reassure you at the follow-up.

No nothing like that but you have to be cautious for few days . Cold/ cough is common among children.
