Soft tissues opasity seen in the nasopharyngeal region cousing severe compression of nasopharyngeal air column - S/o Adenoid Hypertrophy. Cervical spine is normal. Grade-III adenoid hypertrophy.

Hello! The problem you described is a severe adenoid hypertrophy that could lead to mouthbreathing, snoring, ear pain, etc. Medical treatment with a topical steroid nasal spray can be tried, but if there is no relief, then surgical treatment will be needed, an adenoidectomy.
