High BP , giddiness and nausea. Very frequently . Disbalancing and unable to walk . Nothing has been diagnosed in reports .

Hello, Thanks for the query ,pls elaborate ,how long are these symptoms ,and if any accompanying symptoms?,has the MRI been taken ,if so what's the finding or report
