Hello Sir , this nail infection (~20 days ago) has been treated with systemic antibiotics ( clav 625 ) and this is the condition . Now , what is the next step , please guide .

Hi Is it painful? If not ,then it's onychomycosis which is a fungal infection. Oral and topical antifungal medicines are required for treatment.
