Hello there.
You could be deficient in
calcium and VIT D3.
Get those things tested in your blood.
Have a diet rich in calcium.
Milk and milk products are great sources of those.
A lot of greens and fruits would provide you with much needed b complex vitamins because even the deficiency of those can cause such problems.
Expose yourself to the sun atleast 20 mins a day during the morning hours that will provide you with VIT D3.
Consult a orthopedician for further help.
