From last two days at evening I was feeling bit pain just below knee joint at front side of left leg bone while bending leg inside,from today whole day that spot of leg was in pain when I climb stairs or put bit load on that side of leg.i feel bit swollen and pain when I touch their,it's like there was an accident and I got hurt but I recovered which I don't remember but pain returned back due to cold season or whatever,i applied moov whole day but not got proper result,looking for suggestions.
