Keratoconus is usually bilateral condition,  meaning occurs inn both eyes. So, do get the other eye screened as soon as possible. As for hydrops, in acute stages multiple treatment modalities are present.  One is gas injection in the eye. That helps squeeze out the fluid from the cornea. Other includes giving micro-punctures in cornea. Also some eye drops may help reduce the corneal fluid of hydrops.
Next Steps
Please visit an ophthalmologist, especially cornea expert at the earliest as in this condition needs urgent attention. Other eye screening and preventive treatment is also essential.

You would need to see an eye doctor as soon as possible for a complete evaluation. Hydrops usually over times resolves, however you would need to be started on eye drops to reduce the fluid in your eye. Also your other eye would require a complete evaluation.
