For how many days we have to take pan d for acute gastritis and vertigo symptom ppi is not working and prokinectics gave me strong headache I am not able to take this prokinectics. But pan d help me alot gas and vertigo stop after taking . For how many days I have to take Pand .plz help me. I am very thankful to you.

As you are suffering from vertigo and gastritis , look if you have used any painkillers recently. Avoid spicy food and alcohol . vertigo could be due to vitamin d deficiency or cervical spondylitis . Avoid using a pillow and lifting heavy weights
Next Steps
keep taking tab.pan d daily once before food , tab.vertin 16mg thrice daily . Get your serum vitamin d levels checked.

Acute gastritis and vertigo are two different symptoms that are not related... And it is highly unlikely that gastritis causes vertigo...elaboration of symptoms is important to guide u better Pan D is advice to be taken for 5 to 10 days...
