My pain have reduced but I still have the trace of pain while lying on my back or sideways... Does this need surgery... Can it be cured by drugs... Get Ct scan abdomen done.If that doesnt reveal significant findings then the pain may be functional in nature.Course of mild pain killers will suffice then.Visit a gastroenterologist then.
