Usg report shows increased cortical echogenicity where as serum creatinine level is 1.1 . Sex female and age is 29 yrs.

That could be normal. But firstly, why did you get the scan done ? The underlying reason, or the treatment for it can cause the echoes to increase and mild kidney injury. Also, an added element of dehydration may worsen it. So consult a Nephrologist and sort it out
