I went to acupuncture yesterday from that time i feel so sleepy..can you please let me know what to do How long does it be like this Can I take paracetamol to take away my tiredness

Paracetamol wont help with fatigue. Kindly take rest for a day. If incase fatigue persists, consider booking an appointment to rule out any illness and plan a management plan.
