I have recently be diagnosed as diabetic, for the past 2 years I have had 4 cases of balanitis. this was resolved with anti fungal cream, however for the preceding 7 or 8 weeks I would be unable to retract my foreskin. after that everything normal until the next case. I have conflicting advice1. control blood sugar and 2. circumcision. I am unsure what is best!
