Hello dear don't worry, Don't touch pimples frequently with fingers, Place ice on pimples before developing, Take SAFI Hamdard 2 tsf bid, don't apply any cream on face,U can use only fresh Aloe vera,PME and ED problems r adverse effects of excessive masterbation,So now avoid, Take Kesari jivan 1 tsf bid with milk
