Can someone suggest me a good gel / cream for acne treatment (vulgaris acne). Medium level acne on face and severe level acne in the back area. Acne eruption is due to heat and hormonal imbalance.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
