Hi I keep getting acne in the same place mostly on forehead again and again. They also leave a spot which becomes noticeable later. Is there any cream or way to tackle it efficiently? Please see the attached pictures and suggest please. I also have a bad habit to pinch the pimple to immediately squeeze the yellow stuff out and get it over with. I am concerned about to spots and scars
