Acne problem

From last two three months, having acnes on my back. Now it has come to my face and under the feet also. They are painful and leaving marks. But they don't have pus. Please suggest. I am not diabetic and don't have oily skin.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
