Acne problem

Facing problem of popping acne (white fluid) at side face on cheek , chin and neck . Red in colour and after that it get white and blood also came out some time , left scars . When pimple get dried it left white heads . I'm also facing problem of constipation from some time and my weight also decreased as I'm on police training champ. Please suggest some medication for this

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
