Acne on hands and arms

Hi, I have acne on arms and on elbow area... at times itching would be too much... I used candid powder for sometime but again it came back... please suggest...

Acne is unlikely on elbow area. However it can occur over the arms. Other diagnosis to be considered is pityrosporum follicilitis. It can be associated with dandruff. It has to be treated accordingly
