What should i avoid the most to prevent acnes and blemishes on my face and what should be my diet and cure to remove these blemishes and dark maroon and brown spots on my face created by acne and boils??? I have tried many medicines by it only works for a period of time ex a week then it starts again and my skin is too oily within an hour.Any cure?
