Hi, I am facing acne problems since I'm 14. Right now, I'm using Derma co face wash (The Derma Co 1% Salicylic Acid Gel Face Wash With Salicylic Acid & Witch Hazel For Active Acne - 100 Ml(Dermaco)) and moisturizer (The Derma Co 1% Salicylic Acid Oil-Free Face Moisturizer with Oat Extract for Active Acne - 50g) since aug 2022. it somehow reduced the acne count, but acne is not totally gone. My skin is having wrinkles now and they are gradually increasing. Can you help me on how to permanently stop acne and make skin smoother. Suggest something to remove the wrinkles as well.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello ma'am Ma'am the acne we get are mainly due to hormonal dysbalance in our body. I would advise you to use retinol based serum for your face to reduce wrinkles and a good combination of antibiotics and keratolytics for controlling your acne.
Next Steps
You should get a proper consultation because it's always better to see the problem and then prescribe Thanks for the query Have a good day
