I have been facing acne problems since puberty on my back , chest and face (photo attached). I was previously prescribed sotret 20mg, involym , peroclin, l'acne lotion etc by a dermatologist for approx 6 months for sebarrohic dermatitis. My acne cleared but after a month they again started breaking out. Please suggest me a permanent solution for this. I am tired of these acne and dark spots all over my body . I ve already spent 1000s of rupees but all treatments are temporary. My forehead always have atleast 1 acne on it. I am facing dandruff problem in my hair. PLEASE HELP ME

Hi looks like you have the persistent acne marks now ,not active acne . Please follow a good treatment regime to help them improve faster . These marks are temporary and would fade away slowly over time also
