From past 1 month I have acne breakouts on my face. My skin has become much oilier than before. USG scan shows bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. I never had irregularities in periods ever. Also testosterone level is 44 Ng/dL. Is it very high than safe level? Am I diagnosed with PCOS? Can isotroin and Yasmine cure this? Won't they have any harmful effects in future?

Looks like it's PCOS. You should go for consultation with an endocrinologist with all your reports.
