Acne and RA

I am an RA patient from last one year. I am asymptomatic meaning I have no pain whatsoever few months after I was diagnosed however for precautionary purposes I have been prescribed tofadoz 5 mg twice a day and hcqs 300 along with b12, vitamin d weekly. I have seen a sudden plurge in my acne since the last 5 months. I believe this is because of medication. I was already advised by dermat for isotretinoin 10 mg once a day for a month and adapelene once in the night. However, isotretinoin is not stopping my breakout even after a week's use. I can see a lot of plurging everyday. Please advise what can be the solution to this?

Alternate safe medicine available.... depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
