Hello there, acne and pimple are very common at this stage due to hormonal changes. Are you using any specific soap or cream.? It can be treated with some medication, it's nothing to worry about, just need to know about the history of last 4 years with type of your skin so that Medicine can be given. Do consult online.

Till then clean your face 3-4 times with water, atleast 2 times with face wash. cover your face while stepping out of home. drink plenty of water.
