Acne all over face

I have acne all over face from last 3-4 days,did blood test yesterday,in reports  ESR is elevated,LOW MCH AND MCV values,borderline high cholesterol, vitamin d slight less,all other hormonal tests are normal ,mild dandruff also there,also heavy hair fall from 1-2 months

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
