How does my knee heel after ACL surgery, how to recover and heal my bone arthroscopic surgery holes, bcoz any physiotherapy here not presented in our area

Good evening Gradual loading if the knee will help And place a small flat cloth about 1 -2 inch below your knee..amd press you knee on it...wil help you 8n reduction of pain and maintainwnce of the strength.... And better consult a physiotherapist asap
